Privacy
Four Aces of AI collects only what it needs to run the event, issue your card, and follow up if you ask us to. This page explains what that is, where it goes, and how to change your mind.
Who runs this
fouraces.ai is run by Cloud113 and Agentic Change Experts. The live event is hosted by Cloud113. Privacy questions go to aces@fouraces.ai.
What we collect
| When | What we collect |
|---|---|
| You register | First name, last name, email, company, the platforms you build on, what you use AI for day to day, the question you want the aces to answer, and whether you checked each of the two boxes: emails about future events, and the certification launch. |
| You share a speaker idea | The same name, email and company, plus the pillars your story connects to, what you built or automated, and the same two checkboxes. |
| You join the certification list | First name, last name and email. |
| You join the live session | From Zoom: when you joined, when you left, and how many minutes you attended. We use it to see who stayed at least half the session. |
| You get a card | Your name, the event date, your card number, and the takeaway on the back of your card, which starts as a default line and which you can edit. |
| You visit this site | Basic server logs kept by our host. Your light or dark choice is saved in your own browser. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies today. Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookie to check that forms are filled in by people. If any of this changes, we update this page. |
How we use it
- To send your personal Zoom invite and event updates.
- To run the event and see who attended live.
- To make your card and the page that verifies it.
- To review speaker ideas and follow up with the people who sent them.
- To email you about future Four Aces events, only if you checked that box.
- To tell you when the certification opens, only if you checked that box or joined the certification list.
The recording
We record the live session, and the recording will be public on fouraces.ai. Anything you say, show or type in the session can appear in it. That includes your name, voice and video, and anything you type in the chat or Q&A. If you would rather not appear, keep your camera and microphone off, do not type in the chat or Q&A, and join with a display name you are comfortable with. To ask us to review something that appears, email aces@fouraces.ai.
Cards and card pages
Each card has its own page that confirms your name, the event, the date and that you attended live. Anyone with the link can see that page. Your takeaway appears on your card, including the default line if you do not change it. Nothing is posted to social media for you. You choose whether to share. A speaker's card shows only what that speaker approved in writing.
Who else handles your information
- Salesforce. We store form answers in Salesforce, the customer relationship system Cloud113 uses. Cloud113 can see registrations and speaker ideas.
- Zoom. We upload registrants to Zoom, which emails your invite and records attendance.
- Google reCAPTCHA. It checks that forms are filled in by people. Google receives some browser information when it does, under Google's own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google, so your browser's address is sent to Google when a page loads.
- Bluehost. It hosts this site.
- If we add a tool that handles your information, we update this page.
We do not sell your personal information.
Emails
The two email boxes on our forms are separate and start unchecked. We send event emails to people who registered for the event. We send emails about future events only to people who checked the box for them. Every email about future events includes a way to unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration details until you ask us to delete them. Card pages stay live so a card can keep being verified. To have a card page removed, email aces@fouraces.ai.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Email aces@fouraces.ai from the address you registered with. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law, and we will respect them.
Who this is for
